We have 2 ground floor bedrooms in the barn; "Garden Room" and "Stable End" which are adjacent and open via French windows onto a grassed patio area with tables and chairs.
Both rooms have ensuite shower/toilet facilities.
The “Hayloft” is on the first floor of the barn, reached by an outside wooden staircase. This room has a large ensuite shower room and spectacular views across to Hartham Park.
The "Farmhouse Room" in the farmhouse has ensuite Bath/shower/toilet and fantastic views across fields and valley.
Each of the bedrooms has a double and a single bed, so can be used for single, double, twin or triple occupancy. All 4 bedrooms have a TV, well stocked hospitality tray, CH, hairdryers, work tables, Free WIFI and plenty of bathroom accessories. Guests are given their own keys for free access.
