Booking Details
Booking: A deposit of £30.00 per room is payable at the time of booking and will confirm the reservation; it is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room. Therefore if there are any changes to your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Overseas visitors may forward credit card details to guarantee their arrival. Cancellation Policy: Church Farm reserves the right to levy a cancellation charge if notice of non-arrival is not received at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.
24-48 hours notice up to 50% of total cost
Less than 24 hours notice up to 100% of total cost.
General Information:Arrival at Church Farm is most convenient between 5.00pm & 7.00pm, but please discuss your requirements on booking.
Check-out is usually by 10.30am, to allow for cleaning.
Breakfast will be served from 7.30am weekdays and from 8.00am at weekends.
If you require early breakfast, please state this at the time of booking.
