There are many historic market towns within a few miles e.g. Bradford-on-Avon (Famous for its wool trade),
Trowbridge (County Town) and Chippenham.
The National trust Village of Lacock is just 3 miles away, famous for it's 9th century Abbey and "Harry Potter".
Castle Combe is very close and is renowned for "being the prettiest village in England" and also has
